War of the Ring is proud to present our e-mail services. At the moment these are available only to Gold Subscribers.
We do hope to offer various accounts and maybe even free web-only mail, however, the systems we have been testing do not work as well as we would like, so, until we aquire new software that will perform to a standard we are happy with, the service will be limited to Gold Subscribers.
Each Gold user gets a 1,000MB(1GB) e-mail account at War of the Ring. The e-mail is in the form of yourname@warofthering.net, subject to availability, so get in fast!
- 1,000MB(1GB) of e-mail storage.
- Spam Filtering (built-in) with Spam Assassin.
- E-mail address Blacklist feature (blocking capability).
- E-mail Filtering (Create filtering rules to organize your incoming mail, sort it into folders, and delete spam.).
- Multi-Language Support (Set the language that menu items, explanations, and help are displayed in.).
- Special Character capability while composing new messages (äèíöü, etc.) from an easy dropdown menu.
- Optional POP3 Access (With POP3 access you can download your WotR mail messages using your desktop e-mail application, such as Outlook and Outlook Express, and access them offline.
