Orlando, most recently in Troy, is currently filming his role as Balian of Ibelin in Ridley Scott's forthcoming film Kingdom of Heaven about the 12th century crusades. Make-up artists on set have applied Bloom's thorax with fake chest-hair to make him appear more credible as a blacksmith-turned-warrior.
